To report a wrong background, search result or text, use Report a problem in the app (Profile, then Settings), or the report buttons next to results and backgrounds.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can search, create, export and share without signing in. Sign in only if you want your saved designs and favourite ayahs kept with your account on every device.
Is it free?
Yes, for personal and non-commercial sharing. There are no ads and we do not sell your data.
How do I find an ayah?
On Home, say what you feel in your own words, type a reference such as 94:5, or pick a surah and ayah yourself.
Is the Quran text accurate?
AyahShare never writes or changes Quran text. The Arabic, translations, recitations and tafsir come from established sources and are shown as published. Translations are human works and can differ from one another. If you see an error, please report it.
How do I save or share my image or video?
Images and videos are made on your device. On the Share screen, save the file or pick WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or another app. Everything you export is kept on your Profile, where "Download again" makes the file again.
The video will not export.
Some older browsers cannot make videos. Update your browser or use the app, or save an image instead.
Where do the backgrounds come from?
From free stock libraries such as Pixabay, screened to suit Quran content: calm nature and abstract scenes, with no people, animals, text or logos.
How do I install it on my phone?
On Android or a computer, use the Install strip at the bottom of Home or your browser's Install option. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen.
